Gainesville, Fl. – Gleim Aviation launched its dedicated website www.GleimAviation.com on March 29, 2017, after a complete redesign with aviators in mind.
The new Gleim Aviation website makes finding aviation training information and resources simple. Aviation Marketing Specialist Paul Duty said, “Aviation educators, including flight instructors, flight schools, professors, and universities, can easily access information relevant to enhancing their training curriculum and services. The entire store was overhauled, making finding products and checking out much faster.”
The new site has three main goals for pilots in training: Learn aviation, pass your FAA exams, and open a world of opportunity. “Whether the visitor is seeking initial pilot training, refresher pilot training, or Aviation Maintenance Technician training, it is far easier to learn about training requirements, find solutions to master the FAA exams, and find refresher training,” said Duty, who is also an active flight instructor.
Users who visit the new site are greeted by a Cessna fly-in and the choice to enter the site under the categories “Pilots” or “Mechanics.” New content at GleimAviation.com includes enhanced training information that visitors look for most frequently. “We overhauled the resources section with new tools for pilots, instructors, and flight schools,” Duty said. “For example, the new weather page provides frequently used weather maps and tools to access local airport weather information.”
According to Duty, one of Gleim Aviation’s most valuable resources is a team of Aviation Training Consultants. “The site makes it much easier to contact our team, or request a callback from our team of aviation experts. Our team has many years of diverse aviation experience as flight instructors, airline pilots, corporate pilots, military pilots, maintenance technicians, and inspectors,” Duty said. “We are passionate about helping our customers succeed in aviation and answering their questions.”
The new design was based on customer feedback provided in more than 16,000 survey responses, along with user flow and analytics data. From that feedback, Duty said the new GleimAviation.com has “reduced the number of steps to find information and improved the overall user experience. This is just one more way that Gleim Aviation makes aviation training easier and more enjoyable.”
